Debra Bourdeau, O.D.

Optometrist and owner, Dr. Bourdeau graduated in 2000 from The Michigan College of Optometry and furthered her education as a Fellow at Johns Hopkins Medical Institute in Baltimore, MD. She is licensed to provide a full scope of vision services including comprehensive eye examinations for children and adults, soft and rigid contact lens fittings, low vision evaluations, diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, and co-management of cataract and laser eye surgery.

Diane

Diane has been with Acuity Optics and Medical Eye Care for 4 years and assists patients in their frame selection as well as educates each patient on the types of lenses and coatings available to maximize their visual capability. She is also responsible for the extensive selection of frames and sunglasses, which include hand-painted; one-of-a-kind frames from Italy as well Tag Heuer for which we are the exclusive retailer in Oakland County! We have the ability to order any frame in the industry so if you were to find a frame elsewhere we will get it and beat our competitors' price!

Julie

Julie has been with Acuity Optics and Medical Eye Care for 2 years and also assists patients in their frame selection and educates each patient on the types of lenses and coating available to maximize their visual capability. In addition she is the contact lens coordinator and responsible for all contact lens related matters which includes contact lens insertion and removal classes, maintaining stock of trials and educating patients on the types of lenses available for their particular needs.

Angie

Angie is our newest member and also assists patients in their frame selection and educates each patient on the types of lenses and coating available to maximize their visual capability. She also manages the insurances and is responsible for billing optical goods and services as well as assisting patients with insurance questions.
